CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel your order please email info@ellejaneebeauty.com ASAP. Once an order has been dispatched we can not cancel the order. Order cancellations will be considered, but cannot be guaranteed. 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?

Once an order is placed we are no longer able to make any changes. 

HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?

Upon receiving your order confirmation email notification, your order can take 5-7 business days to process and ship ( excluding weekends and holidays) 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Shipping times are dependent on your selected shipping method and delivery location. Please allow 5-10 business days for standard domestic shipments an 7-30 business days for international standard to be received. 

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order less shipping fees. Refunds requests MUST be made within 20 days from the receipt of merchandise. A $5 Shipping and Handling fee is applied to all US orders.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I REUSE A PAIR OF THESE STRIP LASHES?

These specially designed lashes have been handcrafted to be built to last! General use will yield 15+ uses on average. Always remember to gently remove the adhesive from your false lashes with makeup remover. And also, always remember to store them back in their "home" the tray to maintain their natural shape.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY NEW LASHES?

Elle Janee Beauty products are made specifically for multiple uses. Please follow the few tips to care for your lashes below to ensure the longevity of your lashes:

1. Remove glue build up after every 2-3 wears. Hold the lash at the base and gently peel off the excess glue with your fingers .

2. When applying mascara, try to apply mascara to the natural lash line FIRST, not to the false lash. This will help prevent build up and ensure longevity of your false lash. 

3. Store lashes in their "home" the original tray has been crafted to help maintain your lashes shape and keep them clean. 

 

IS EYELASH ADHESIVE INCLUDED WITH MY PURCHASE? 

Eyelash adhesive is NOT included in your purchase. However, we do sell an innovative eyelash adhesive formula separately. Please visit our accessories page for purchase.
